FARM LAND FOR SALE BY TENDER
Sealed, written tenders for farm land in the RM of Stanley described below will be received by:

North ½ of SE ¼ 36-3-5 WPM excepting public road plans 587 MLTO and 1580 MLTO (78.17 acres)
South ½ of NE ¼ 36-3-5 WPM excepting Plan 74564 MLTO and public road plans 587 MLTO and 1580 MLTO (73.15 acres)

Conditions of Tender:
- The parcels of land described will be sold “as is”.
- Tenders must be received on or before 5:00 PM on June 19, 2025. The successful bidder will be informed by 5:00 PM June 23, 2025.
- Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
- Preference will be given to tenders submitted for both parcels. However, tenders for a single parcel may be considered.
- Possession is November 1, 2025.
- Tender must be accompanied by a refundable deposit of $10,000.00 (cheque made payable to Franz Hoeppner Wiens Law Office).
Terms of Sale:
- The successful bidder(s) will be required to enter a formal agreement covering terms and conditions of sale.
- Possession is not authorized until acceptable arrangements for full payment are made following acceptance of tender.
- If the balance of the accepted tender is not paid on the due date, the deposit paid may be forfeited as liquidated damages.
- Successful bidder will be responsible for real property taxes commencing January 1, 2026.
- The purchaser is responsible for GST or shall self-assess for GST.
